Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using NamasteSuite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use the Service to send spam, phishing messages, or any content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in abusive practices.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the data you upload. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service. Available exports can be downloaded from the product; contact us for account-level access or deletion requests that are not self-serve. See the data-request instructions.
5. Connected providers
You authorize NamasteSuite to access the provider assets and perform the capabilities you select. You remain responsible for provider accounts, billing, business verification, policy review, content rights, marketing consent, audience eligibility, and lawful use. Provider availability, quotas, review decisions, and outages are outside NamasteSuite's control.
6. Disconnection and provider-side data
Disconnecting from NamasteSuite does not cancel provider billing or delete provider-side accounts, campaigns, posts, or messages. Where supported, NamasteSuite requests token revocation and clears reusable local credentials. You may still need to complete account or data actions directly with the provider.
7. Billing
Self-serve paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You may cancel from billing settings; access and cancellation take effect according to the subscription state shown there. Any custom enterprise or annual terms must be agreed in a separate written order.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. An SLA applies only when it is included in a separate signed enterprise agreement.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
